A checkup is a basic 1/2 hour assessment of a device to see that all settings are properly configured.

Also, check if updates have been done, and whether the antivirus is current.

We will establish if the harddrive is healthy and be sure the device has a good deep scan for any spyware or malware.

If more than just a routine check and assessment is needed, it becomes a 1 hour Tuneup.
